Directions:
Mix 1 scoop of PSI with 250ml of cold water and consume 20 minutes prior to physical exercise.  PSI does not contain any stimulants and can be consumed together with RPM or OxyShred prior to exercise, or with Beyond BCAA during exercise to promote vasodilation.
