Got Supps offers an extremely reliable, fast and free shipping in New Zealand via Fastway. Once your order is processed you will receive a unique tracking number so you can follow your parcel’s journey.

Wellington Region: same day for early orders or overnight.
North Island: next working day.
South Island: 48 hours for delivery for boxed orders or overnight for satchels.
Rural Deliveries: allow 2 extra working days & may incur a small additional fee.

*Delivery can take approximately 1-3 days longer if there are any large promotions running.

Courier pickup times are Monday – Friday. Orders placed after 2pm are usually shipped the next day. Courier’s generally do not delivery on weekends so please allow for orders placed on Friday to arrive on the following Monday

Please ensure all information is correct before confirming your order. We are unable to change your delivery information once the order has been sent. If we have any questions once you place your order, we will be in touch.

We will accept unopened products as a return in for a full refund or exchange to another product. Returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Postage and delivery of returns are at the customer expense. Please contact the Got Supps team if you wish to return an item.

We cannot accept opened products unless there is a fault with item.

In the event that you receive faulty or damaged goods and require a refund, please email with your claim and attach a picture. We will aim to either replace the product(s) or provide you with a refund. Claims must be received within 7 days of receipt of goods.

In the odd case that you receive the wrong item or flavour email with your order number, name and delivery address and what you have received and we will send a return label to you.

Once we receive the incorrect product we will promptly send the correct item to you.
